Just let me brag about them a little.... each one of these ladies have been taught, being a coordinator... you have NO JOB DESCRIPTION... if it needs to be done, YOU DO IT! They know how to have a great time with you, your bridal party and your guest, none of that "whistle blowing" coordinator's stuff like to you see on these bridal shows. Their attention to detail not only for their jobs, but the jobs of the vendors is amazing. It's important to them to make sure vendors can accomplish the jobs you have hired them to do, if a coordinators needs to help serve food, help the photographer gather the family for pictures, place linens and centerpieces on tables, there is NO question they are there to do whatever it takes! One my favorite talents that these girls have is handling any and all situations with calmness! As coordinators, we are trained to think on our feet. The MAIN focus is on our bridal couple and keeping them not only calm, but that they have nothing to worry about but enjoying the day with her family and guest.

Kimberly was amazing! She bent over backwards to give me the beach wedding of my dreams! I am so thankful to her for making my day absolutley perfect. All of the vendors she has are extremly easy going and flexible. My flowers were perfect and so was the setup on the beach (even in the rain)! I am thankful I selected Elegant Begginings to share my special day with my husband and me. Thank you Kimberly for all your hard work and your genuine compassion.

"My intitial contact was with Kimberly and she was very helpful with the initial information gathering stage. Tami Valdez was assigned as my "day of" wedding coordinator. She always responded very quickly to any questions I had and was very flexible as our plans/people, etc changed. I have to admit that I love lists and organization. When I received her timeline, I was thrilled--she had everything planned to the minute. I loved knowing exactly how things were going to go.The morning of the wedding, I realized I hadn't printed out the scripture for one of my readers. I called her and she said she would take care of it and she had at the church ready to go. This is what I asked Tami to do: Make sure people are doing what they are supposed to do and are where they are supposed to be. If it's broken, fix it. If you can't fix it, don't tell me. If someone or something isn't where they supposed to be, just don't tell me. I wanted no stress that day and I knew that at that point, if something went wrong, there was nothing that could be done at that late hour, so I would just rather not know. Tami did her job perfectly!! As far as I know nothing went wrong...if it did, she did exactly as I asked her and she didn't tell me. She was very sweet to all of our familiy and wedding party and she kept everything running smoothly and our wedding started exactly on time! At the reception, she made sure that she kept on the time line for first dances, cake cutting, toasts, and all of the things in between. When we told her we wanted to leave early, she got everything prepared for our grand departure and honored my request of making sure that we had some cake to take with us as we only got one bite.I can't say enough nice things about Tami and the job she did for us. She made our wedding day run perfectly. I was so relaxed and enjoyed every minute of it and it was everything I had ever dreamed it would be.The "Day of" services were worth every penny!"
